
Jesse is a country boy who wants to live in a big city. Harper - a city girl who loves the simple country life - is spending her summer on her grandparents’ farm next door. Despite their differences, they become friends. When Harper finds out about the upcoming state fair, she tells Jesse he should enter one of his cows in the livestock competition - the winning cow gets $500! However, they soon find out that not everyone is following the competition rules - even if it puts the animals in danger.
